Payment Policy
To secure a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation cost is required
within 3 days from your written confirmation. Inform us about your deposit.

Cancellation policy
At least 22 days before the arrival, the prepayment is refunded (any additional costs paid by the customer).
In case of cancellation or change booking made within 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not refundable.

Early departure is charged with the 50% of the remaining days, in accordance with the provisions of Article 8N1652/86.GG167A.

To cancel an existing reservation, written notice is required.

The balance payment is done during your stay.

We would like to inform our customers, starting 1/1/2018 , according to article 57, accommodation tax is required to be paid in favor of the State, the charge of which is 0,50 euro per room per day and it must be paid in advance upon your arrival.
